Here's a little bit about the author of this blog in his own words:
"I love teaching and have been running wine courses for many years now. I still teach in a slightly old fashioned way where I assume that everyone knows nothing at all! This allows me to begin at the very beginning and deal with what everyone seems to want to know - how wine is made and where it comes from. We work our way through the world of wine from grape growing to wine making and on to the finished bottle. These are wine appreciation courses and are suitable for the absolute beginner and for anyone else who wants to learn more about wine."
