The author of this blog is Scott Richards, and he lives near Bowling Green, VA just outside of a spot in the road known as Sparta in Caroline County. He has a wonderful wife whom he calls Diane, 3 grown children, and a long haired Jack Russell. Here's a little bit more about him and his blog in his own words:
"I have been a writer for a number of years so when the economy attacked the printed media, I realized I needed to have an outlet to share what I have written. The previously published works are so noted.
I have been a student of wine since I was too young to drink it and recently had the opportunity to write for several regional publications in the Eastern part of Virginia. My main concentration has been that of the Northern Neck area. My love of wine and all things wine I believe are expressed in this blog. My only regret is that I have not added everything to it I intend to add. Keep abreast of this and watch it grow!"
