Gerry Whitson is a wine aficionado, who loves to teach about wine. Unparalleled Taste was created, when the idea to combine his passion for wine and the opportunity to teach about it presented itself.

Over the past several years, Gerry has pursued wine studies in earnest (yes, life is tough) to provide himself with a solid foundation in wine knowledge. He then uses his experience in professional development to craft classes and events that educate as well as entertain.

He is a self-professed wine geek, but is not a wine snob. In fact, he is an equal opportunity drinker, ferreting out wonderful wines at all price points. However, he does draw the line at anything out of a jug.

While he promises to make wine more approachable for consumers, he is proud of his wine credentials, which include the Certified Specialist of Wine credential from the Society of Wine Educators.
